Old Town Cottage has a great location in historic Stratford upon Avon in the lovely county of Warwickshire.


Our newly refurbished one bedroom holiday cottage is in the quiet residential area of Old Town just a few minutes' walk from the centre of town, the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Shakespeare’s birthplace, the River Avon and many other attractions.

You can leave the car behind and easily stroll to lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants, shops, theatres and cinema as well as riverside and country walks.

Really lovely cottage, well situated for walks in to town and along the river too!  The Greenway is a lovely walk, very peaceful and quiet.  The treats/welcome gifts were amazing, have to say the best we have had and stayed in many cottages with Sykes. Recommend The Dirty Duck (Black Swan) to eat, staff all lovely, we had the fish pie special - fabulous!!!  Also lunch on arrival at The Garrick - very, very busy, book a table!

Had a drive out to Bourton on the Water - beautiful, shame it rained but still stunning.  Drove to Broadway, only 20 minutes, gorgeous place, we walked up to the Broadway Tower, quite a climb but so worth it, fab views.

Sunday market was lovely - food stalls, mulled wine etc. Fab week, thank you.
